  The easiest way to add random added hours of delay to your &lt;br&gt; posts is to use remailers with long latent times listed in &lt;br&gt; their stats for the chains that you choose before the exit &lt;br&gt; remailer. For example, Cside&amp;gt;Frell&amp;gt;Pobox&amp;gt;Gpfa&amp;gt;3Nails&amp;gt; Exit. &lt;br&gt; Add &amp;quot;Slow&amp;quot; to the chain, and you&#39;ll get appreciable latency. &lt;br&gt; You can also specify added hours of latency on the user-end.

  This doesn&#39;t make good sense. If you hope you have completely &lt;br&gt; secured yourself but have slipped up somewhere, then with a hotspot &lt;br&gt; you will remain unknown. Even if you are being watched by the feds &lt;br&gt; or a hacker. However, if you slip up using your own ISP, you will &lt;br&gt; most definitely be identified. You cannot be IDed using a hotspot
