to buy a cheap notepad ($200), pay cash for it, try to have someone
(hooker or corner laborer) buy it for you so that you are not
captured by the stores security cameras (or remembered by an
individual if purchasing it used), use it to communicate via a wifi

Be careful with this thing. It is a .application file and it is
installed in the Users folder. Lots of strange registry entries. It
is probably ok, but I don't like programs to install themselves in
places other that where I want them to be.
