Dear EVers! Hope all is going well. Here in Russia as you may know it is planned to do a e-cars plant for 10.000 cars per annum and declared price would be 10.000 euro. This is M Prohorov's project. They biz idea to locate assembly to the end - users garages. Did anybody consider a production of batteries locally or DIY? Is there any technological or material complications?... lisää
